The Frequency of Love

Finding the Divine Within All Things

My personal belief is that the universe, what some might call God, Source, or the divine force of creation, is an energy, a frequency that exists within all things.

From the stars above to the oceans below, from the mountains to the forests, and everything in between.

I believe that God is the universe experiencing itself in a myriad of beautiful and extraordinary ways.

That we are not separate from this great mystery of existence, but expressions of it.

And I believe that at the very heart of this universal force lies a frequency we call love.

Not simply love as an emotion, but love as a way of being, a connection to something greater than ourselves.

As human beings, I believe we have a profound connection to this force through our hearts.

And perhaps part of our journey through life is learning to quiet the noise around us, reconnect with our hearts and intuition, and allow their wisdom to guide us.

To learn to move with the flow of life rather than constantly struggle against it.

For me, love, compassion, kindness, empathy and forgiveness are the principles I aspire to live by.

But I also recognise that love and compassion do not mean surrendering our boundaries or neglecting our own wellbeing.

Sometimes, loving ourselves and others means knowing when to say no, when to step away, and when to establish clear and healthy boundaries.

Because kindness towards others should never require cruelty towards ourselves.

I don't claim to hold the ultimate truth about the universe or the nature of God.

These are simply my own reflections, beliefs and experiences as I continue to navigate this extraordinary mystery we call life.

And through it all, I keep returning to one simple guiding principle.

Choose love.

For yourself, for others, and for the beautiful, mysterious universe of which we are all a part. 🙏🏽🤍✨️
